Payment Information: We collect payment card details securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Driver Documents: For drivers, we collect government-issued ID, vehicle documents, insurance, and background check information.

To provide, maintain, and improve the SaVurCar platform and services.

To connect passengers with drivers and facilitate vehicle transport jobs.

To process payments and send receipts and trip confirmations.

To communicate with you about your account, trips, and updates.

To conduct background checks and verify driver eligibility.

To detect, prevent, and address fraud, safety, and security issues.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

SaVurCar collects precise location data from drivers and passengers during active trips. This is essential for matching rides, navigation, and safety features.

Drivers' locations are shared with matched passengers during a trip. Passengers' pickup locations are shared with assigned drivers.

You can disable location sharing through your device settings, but this will limit your ability to use core features of the app.

With Other Users: We share your name, rating, and general location with matched drivers or passengers to facilitate trips.

With Service Providers: We share data with Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and Google Maps (navigation) to operate our services.

For Safety: We may share information with law enforcement when required by law or to protect the safety of users.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

Access to personal data is restricted to employees and contractors who need it to operate our services.

We may send you SMS messages for trip confirmations, driver updates, and safety alerts via Twilio.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us, though transactional messages related to active trips cannot be disabled.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your Profile settings or by contacting us.

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict its processing by reaching out to our support team.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal data we collect and the right to opt out of data sharing.

You may permanently delete your SaVurCar account at any time. Deleting your account will remove your profile, trip history, and personal data from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

To delete your account, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, or contact us at support@savurcar-now.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Note: Completed transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
